I have dived off the diving board that is the subject of this series countless times--in different seasons of the year and times of day, and in varying weather conditions. Almost always, I have to work to muster up courage and resolve before taking the leap into the Adirondacks lake, but as I kick back up to the surface following my plunge, how I love feeling cleansed, rejuvenated, and blessed!
